Agent Privacy Policy

  1. Effective October 5, 2026 (current)

Expanded the Google Calendar events permission so that Rayse can add, change, or delete an event on your Google Calendar when you ask RAE to, or take a meeting you were invited to off your calendar. Rayse acts only on events you ask about, sends no invitations, updates, or cancellations, and does not change or delete a meeting you have invited other people to.

  2. Effective September 30, 2026

Added a second Google permission, for calendar events, which lets Rayse add an event to your Google Calendar when you ask RAE to. Stated that Rayse only creates events you request, sends no invitations, and never changes or deletes events already on your calendar.

  3. Effective June 1, 2026

Added a section on Google user data: Rayse requests read-only access to your Google Calendar, follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements, and does not use Google data for advertising or to train AI models. Explained how to disconnect your Google account or revoke Rayse's access, and renumbered the later sections.

  4. Effective February 16, 2026

Added a section on RAE, the Rayse Assistant, covering what it collects and how that data is used, that it runs on AWS Bedrock within Rayse's AWS environment, that conversations are not shared with or used to train third-party AI models, and that authorized Rayse staff may review conversations. Added a Data Retention section, a way to request deletion of your RAE conversation history, and a table of contents, and shortened several sections on data sources, sharing, and advertising.

  5. Effective June 5, 2024
