Co-CEO & Co-Founder
James Dwiggins serves as the Co-CEO of Rayse. He is also the CEO of NextHome and has been in the real estate franchise business since 2006. James is third-generation in the real estate space; his grandfather started a brokerage in 1967. Prior to franchising, James cofounded VREO, developer of groundbreaking enterprise-level internet applications for agents and brokers. VREO pioneered biometric signature software for paperless transactions and garnered numerous industry accolades, including the coveted Inman Innovator Award for breakthrough technologies. Previously, James cofounded USA Virtual Tours, which he helped grow nationally until its acquisition in 2001. James speaks regularly at industry events and is a frequent media expert on real estate. He has been featured as a RISMedia Newsmaker and on the Swanepoel Power 200 list. Franchise Business Review recognized him as the leader of the number-one real estate franchise (and number-one across industries) in owner satisfaction for three years in a row. James is also a cohost of the popular Real Estate Insiders Unfiltered Podcast.

Christine Jacobson brings to Rayse deep executive entrepreneurial leadership and more than 20 years of creative branding, marketing, business strategy and product technology experience. Her successes in launching companies that have transformed the consumer real estate experience include cofounding NextHome and scaling the pioneering AI-powered OJO Labs across 48+ markets in under three years. Christine started her career in real estate as a top-producing agent, closing $50 million in four years. Her work is always rooted in building relatable, genuine connection and joyful, meaningful impact on people's lives.

Christian Dwiggins serves as the Co-CEO at Rayse, bringing a one-of-a-kind blend of creative and technical prowess to the table. His diverse skill set encompasses film and music production, digital marketing, data analysis, consumer insights, product design, and collaborative team building. Christian's expertise spans a broad spectrum, from crafting strategic initiatives and fostering partnerships that propel SaaS solutions forward to overseeing remote teams with precision. His track record includes orchestrating meticulous go-to-market strategies and product operations. In addition to his corporate achievements, Christian is a Grammy award-winning team member with a background in tactical satellite communications from his time in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Robert Jericho is an experienced executive leader with over 3 decades of experience focused on business growth (8-figure valuation) through innovation, service, and consumer focused operations. He understands the unique needs of clients and customers to enhance existing products and services. Robert's previous experience is with independent real estate brokerages, mortgage companies, software development, and professional services.
Chief Strategy Officer
Craig McClelland is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. Since August 2022, he has served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Real Estate at Bayview, where he launched LKV Realty's ground-up development, a referral real estate model active in all 50 states. He also led Bayview’s Private Equity team and played a key role in acquiring HomeVestors of America, fostering strategic partnerships. Previously, Craig spent 14 years at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, advancing from Director of Strategic Growth to COO and Vice President. He was instrumental in the mergers and acquisitions of over a dozen companies, significantly expanding Metro Brokers' market presence and introducing new revenue streams. At SimplySold Real Estate, where he served from 2004 to 2008, Craig developed the company from a start-up to a top-selling agency. He was noted for innovative commission structures and national branding efforts. Craig's influence extends to successful investments and advisory roles in start-ups like OpCity, Dotloop, Zavvie, and Huzi.ai. He also played a key role in the TIG fund, supporting companies like MooveGuru and Konverse. Throughout his career, Craig has demonstrated strategic acumen, navigating challenges such as the 2008 financial crisis to grow a 28-office, 2,500-agent firm. Recognized as an Inman News contributor and a top RISMedia Influencer, Craig serves on the boards of HomeSnap and the Broker Public Portal, cementing his leadership in the real estate industry.
Chief Revenue Officer
Ashley Terrell-Kayiran is a seasoned proptech executive with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Rayse as Chief Revenue Officer, she held executive level positions at Homeowner.ai, Percy, Constellation, and Real Estate Digital where she has helped acquire and retain close to $500M in SaaS revenue. In those roles, Terrell also acquired many awards such as HousingWire’s Women of Influence, HousingWire’s Rising Star, Inman Future Leaders, and many RISMedia Newsmakers mentions. Terrell’s passion for Real Estate started in 2002 when she helped her dad find a home online. After several years in luxury hospitality, and after finishing a Master’s in Business Administration with focus on Marketing & Finance, she found opportunity in the Real Estate industry through relationships built in her hospitality career. Terrell’s ability to build long-lasting and meaningful connections with people, while also being strategic and growth-minded, has helped accelerate her career. In addition to her proptech career, Terrell is also a decorated equestrian with some of the nations top awards. She currently resides in Orange County, CA with her husband, stepson, two dogs, and horse.

Tom Shively is a Customer Success and Marketing leader who specializes in SaaS engagement through visual storytelling, which has helped people in the proptech industry understand how personality and technology not only work together, but thrive. He has built CS, Training and Engagement departments at several industry leading startups to engage users and drive revenue. Often referred to as “The guy with the voice” Tom is an expert in creating lasting relationships, go-to-market strategies, and roll out plans for the largest real estate brokerages in the country. He brings his skills and enthusiasm to help Rayse the real estate industry.

Don Rolling serves as the Director of Software Development at Rayse. With extensive experience and a passion for innovation, his journey in tech is marked by his commitment to excellence and adaptability. His expertise spans the .Net ecosystem, DevOps, SQL Server, AWS, and more. Don is also a music and chess enthusiast, bringing a unique perspective to every project.
